  1. Get 250 gms boneless chicken
  2. Get 1 bunch coriander

  19. Get 3 tbsp oil
Instructions to make Curd Chicken-
  1. Marinate Chicken adding all the above ingrediants for 3hrs or overnight
  2. In a kadai, add 3tbsp oil and heat it slightly
  3. Add in the marinade
  4. Cover the kadai with foil paper and then with a lid
  5. Let it cook for 20 to 25 mins on low flame
  6. Uncover only after 20 to 25mins
  7. Now heat a pan and place the kadai on it and cook for another 5min on low flame (you can also give coal effect)
  8. Ready to serve
