  5. Then add the chopped tomatoes and salt to taste.
  6. Add soaked rice,coriander leaves and 4 cups of water. Stir it and cover the lid.
  7. When the rice starts boiling medium the flame and cook till the rice is done.
  8. Transfer into serving dish with raita and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.Serve hot.
