- Add 6 cups of water to a lg pot and add salt to water and cook on high till water starts to boil then add pasta cook for 9 mins or until al dente.then strain
- Heat up your grill or grill pan and get chicken grilling.
- Add 1 Tbsp of of Olive oil to warmed up saute pan add sliced peppers and garlic and saute for about 3 mins add chicken broth cook for another 2 mins then add cream and Cajun spice
- Add fully cooked chicken to cream sauce cook for another 5 mins take chicken out and place on a plate.
- Add cooked pasta to cream sauce add the paprika and chopped scallions stir and cook for 2 minutes.
