- Sauté 2 tbsp onion, 3 tbsp garlic and spring onion before the oil gets hot.
- Add pork until brown then add lemon and 1 tbsp chilli powder or depends on your taste.
- Add 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/2 cup vinegar, Sugar and 1 cup water.
- Cook over high heat until mixture come to boil. Reduce heat to medium. Let simmer. Cook until sauce reduce and thicken.
