- Add the baking powder and baking soda to the vinegar.it will turn fizzy.
- Add this fizzy mixture to the flour mixture.
- Stir with a ballon whisk for 30 seconds and pour in the ready bake tin.
- Bake at a reduced temperature of 170° for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Check for doneness in the last few minutes with a skewer. De mould and cool over the cooling rack.
