  1. Soak raw rice for 1 hour. If it is idli rice soak for 2 hours. After 1 hour drain water completely.
  2. Now grind the ingredients into a smooth batter by adding water.
  3. After grinding add little hot water.
  4. Now temper the ingredients and add the tempering to the batter.
  5. Heat tawa. Pour batter from outside to inside. Spread oil. Once one side is cooked turn to other side. Serve hot with pickle or gun powder.
