- Saute on a low flame, until the spices turn aromatic.
- Now add tomato and saute until tomatoes turns soft.
- Now add fried aloo and gobi.
- Mix it gently so that Gobi didn't break. Sprinkle little water.
- Finally add aamchur and garam masala and mix well.
