  1. Take 3 Packet Noodles
  2. Take 2 Onion
  3. Prepare 1 Capsicum
  4. Make ready 2 Carrot
  5. Prepare 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder
  6. Get 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  7. Make ready 1 tsp Tomato Ketchup
  8. Take to taste Salt
  9. Make ready as needed Soya Oil
Instructions to make Egg Noodles-
  1. Boil Noodles in salt water. Drizzle oil to avoid stickiness. Drain out the water and set the Noodles aside.
  2. Cut carrots, Onion and capsicum into thin slices.
  3. Put oil in pan. Start frying veggies. Start with carrot as it takes long to soften. Then add the capsicum. Fry them.
  4. Lastly add the onion slices. Don't fry them brown. As veggies get cooked, add the noodles. Toss them with veggies. Cook in high flame otherwise noodles will stick with the bottom of the pan.
  5. Now Add 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder, 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder. Mix everything carefully. Don't break Noodles while tossing them.
  6. Add 1 tsp Tomato Ketchup. Mix it carefully.
  7. Transfer to a bowl and serve hot.
